 The shuttle run test consists of continuous sprints back and forth between two designated markers, typically spaced 20 meters apart. The intensity and duration can vary significantly, allowing for flexibility in training. This structured exercise aims to evaluate an athlete's speed and agility in a controlled environment.</li>
 
 <li>How to Conduct the Test:
 <ol>
 <li>Set up markers, such as cones, approximately 20 meters (or 25 yards) apart.</li>
 <li>Ensure you are adequately warmed up; consider integrating this drill into your routine following a brisk jog.</li>
 <li>Sprint from one marker to the other and then back—this counts as one repetition.</li>
 <li>Press the miss button twice to conclude your running session.</li>
 </ol>
